Sarah trained as an Interior Designer at Manchester Metropolitan University and then worked for several Architects around Liverpool and Manchester, but her passion was always for art and whenever she got a moment would be covered in paint. Sarah met Farmer Tom and everything changed, she moved to Scotland and became aFarmerswife! From Interior Design to lambing! In her new farm surroundingspaintinganimals was a natural progression, a corner of the cattle shed became her new studio and gave Sarah the freedom to go wild (get messy). Sarahs experimental use of different materials like fabric samples and plaster helps add texture, character and brings the pictures out from the canvas. She started doing local Craft markets as an outlet for her artwork and have slowly worked up to launching herself at events like Country Living and The Royal Highland Show. Some of Sarhas commissions can be found hanging in The Lake at the Port of Menteith restaurant, Kings Home, Bar 10 and homes from New Zealand to America.
