Rob Hain was born in Dorset in 1952. He studied at Banbury School of Art and Loughborough College of Art, where he graduated from in 1977. Becoming a professional artist in 1980 he now works from home in the Scottish Borders.
He uses bright colours bright colours and a quirky styles to depict towns and cities throughout Britain. Robs love for his adopted country can be seen throughout his work, capturing scenes from Aberdeen to Oban, bringing each place to place to life in his unique way.
